SHIPPING

As soon as Velásquez Studio SAS has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will
deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Delivery takes 1-4 business days.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown throughout the Velásquez WORLDWIDE site are in US dollars.
International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes based on the destination countries controls and regulations, these duties and taxes are calculated based on the details and total value of the order. If applicable, these duties and taxes are paid by the customer at the destination country. Velásquez Studio SAS does not pay these duties and taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS:

PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, please contact sales@velasquezstudio.com within 14 days from the delivery of your order, the merchandise must be unused in their original condition and original tags attached. Please place the item you wish to return in the original packaging.

We will refund you within 30 days from when we receive the item you have returned. Returns that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The refund does not include the shipping cost.

The company will not receive items which show evidence of being damaged, used, dirty, or if the price tags and labels are not fully intact.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge within. Please contact sales@velasquezstudio.com if you want to change the size of your item.

All merchandise marked as “SALE” is non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. We ensure that our products are checked in a quality control before being dispatched. If you find a product to be defective, please notify to sales@velasquezstudio.com as soon as possible. You have 30 days to return the item, you will be able to exchange it, if the item is not available we will refund you within 30 days.

FORCE  MAJEURE

When external circumstances prevents the performance of an obligation under the agreement, for example war, state intervention, strikes, shipping disturbances, restrictions on energy supplies, bans, etc. which reasonably could not have been foreseen when entering into the agreement and which reasonably could not have been avoided or overcome. This applies both to Velásquez Studio SAS and the company’s subcontractors.

In the event of force majeure the company’s obligations are deferred.
